Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with operational team to drive the improvements thru coordination and direct implementation
• Work closely with business intelligence team to build and maintain analysis using PowerBI and other tools
• Reviewing addressing errors, including incorrect WoW and other process issues or automation potential
• Monthly SLA review and reporting
• Access approval for RTR team
• Monitoring and reviewing backlogs and escalations
• Conducting and supporting trainings
• Participating in the pending projects
