Our Client helps his clients with Device Management. With an office in Brno, Client operates throughout Europe and the United States and is looking for an Order Management Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of transactions within the CRM.

• Salary : between 90-120 PLN / hour net + VAT (B2B)
• Location : remote position with occasional visits in Brno (CZ) or hybrid position (work from the office in Brno)
• Language : communication in  English  daily
• Salary up to  120 PLN / hour net + VAT (B2B)

Accurately and efficiently organize and input customer transactions in company CRM system (Salesforce.com), Input and process returns / exchanges in company CRM system, Ensure quality of completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies, Reconcile incoming orders against quotes, contracts, and existing assets, Ensure proper revenue recognition, invoicing, and order booking, Resolve a queue of transactional cases in an accurate, timely, and customer centric manner, Ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered within the required timeframe as defined by leadership, Support Company efforts to achieve retention and revenue targets, Other duties and special projects as assigned] Requirements :
