Supporting the Global Process Owner in the strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement of portfolio management
Providing in-depth product portfolio management knowledge and expertise (product life cycle management, material master data) while also developing, documenting, implementing and improving processes based on the demands of the business
Driving company's change management endeavors from old to new ways of working
Monitoring and evaluating process performance metrics to identify areas for further improvements (KPIs and SLAs)
Piloting improvement initiatives related to pain points, aligned with corporate priorities and stakeholders
Challenging status quo by providing own experience for simplifications or automation (process or system wise)
Fostering cross functional collaboration to ensure that processes are integrated across the organization
Monitoring and evaluating process performance metricsProviding in-depth product portfolio management knowledge and expertise
Technical or commercial degree
Fluent English language
Several years of international expertise in product portfolio management (operationally, process or project management related)
Knowledge of process change management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Very strong stakeholder and process change management experience
Good understanding of product groups and refractory materials (raw materials, shapes, grades, packaging) would be beneficial
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and courage to take responsibility and make decisions
Hands-on, structured approach
Strong analytical skills
Experience in SAP (S / 4, MDG, Signavio) will be an asset
