You will orchestrate delivery across multiple value teams—spanning both transformation-focused Scrum teams and operational Kanban teams—ensuring seamless coordination, clear prioritization, and alignment to enterprise-level goals. Your work will be critical in setting and cascading OKRs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and enabling agile delivery across the O2C landscape. While you won’t directly manage performance, you will play a central role in unlocking value, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring continuous improvement across the pod.Hybrid Working : At Astellas we recognize that our employees enjoy having balance between their professional and home lives. • Coordinating and overseeing delivery across all O2C value teams, ensuring alignment with priorities and quarterly goals.
• Leading the prioritisation of initiatives to balance transformation efforts with operational efficiency.
• Defining and cascading measurable OKRs to align teams with business outcomes.
• Supporting Agile ways of working through appropriate use of Scrum and Kanban methods.
• Identifying and managing dependencies and risks to maintain momentum and remove delivery blockers.
