Trainer with Swedish

Zakres obowiązków :

Codzienne kierowanie agentami w środowisku szkoleniowym, monitorowanie postępów uczniów w czasie trwania szkolenia, zapewnianie coachingu i informacji zwrotnych
Przygotowywanie i prezentowanie materiałów szkoleniowych
Spotkania z Klientami, współpraca z Managerami
Opracowywanie materiałów szkoleniowych
Mierzenie skuteczności programów szkoleniowych

Oczekiwania :

Preferowane wyksztalcenie kierunkowe

Udokumentowane doświadczenie w zakresie metodologii szkoleń i umiejętności miękkich

Mile widziane doświadczenie w sprzedaży

Biegła znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office

Szwedzki C1, Angielski B2

Oferta :

Umowa o pracę lub umowa zlecenie

Praca zmianowa : 5 dni w tygodniu, poniedziałek - piątek 09 : 00 - 19 : 00, sobota - niedziela 10 : 00 - 16 : 00, dwa razy w miesiącu praca w soboty i niedziele

Wynagrodzenie : 11 000 - 12 500 zł brutto miesięcznie

Praca z biura w Warszawie (po okresie wdrożenia tryb 50 / 50)

Pakiet socjalny (kafeteria MyBenefit, prywatna opieka medyczna, ubezpieczenie na życie)
