Job Description :

Solventum Purification & Filtration business

We are pleased to announce that Solventum has entered into a definitive agreement to sell our Purification & Filtration business to Thermo Fisher Scientific. This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. By joining us during this transitional period, you will be able to work alongside an energized and mission-driven team who is experiencing this transition along with you. Until then, Solventum will continue to operate as a unified entity, and employment is subject to all applicable terms and conditions as set forth in our employment agreement and company policies.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a CO Senior Analyst - Customer Service with Dutch (m / f / x)

  • you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

Proactive work with Key Accounts Managers to build customer intimacy, identify improvement initiatives and maximize overall service performance

Close collaboration with internal teams from Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Complaint Handling, and other support functions to proactively manage customer requirements

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s / Apprenticeship degree or higher from an accredited institution

Strong customer facing skills, maintains a professional, positive, and tactful demeanour with clients and customers (followed by experience in a customer facing function)

Capable to respect deadlines, maintain data accuracy and follow designed process descriptions in SAP and Salesforce on daily work tasks

Fluency in English and Dutch

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

Well organized and independent at dealing with complex issues

Team player, persistent and results oriented

Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes

Eager and capable at improving service and logistics processes

Work location

Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)
