Cordia is part of the international Futureal group, headquartered in Hungary, one of the largest development companies in Central Europe.
We are looking for a Group Budgeting Specialist who will be responsible for :
Developing and improving budgeting processes and systems at the group level and across all Cordia Group countries;
Coordinating the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets across all markets;
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with approved budgets at the group and country levels;
Conducting in-depth analyses of actual results versus planned budgets and preparing detailed forecasts of costs and revenues;
Preparing regular reports and presentations for management on budget planning and realization.
Our requirements :
3-5 years of relevant experience in budgeting and system development;
Strong command of English (minimum B2 level);
Experience working in international environments or across multiple countries;
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of budgeting IT systems will be an advantage.
