ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As a Digital Asset Manager you will manage and support the DAM system, helping users upload, search, and retrieve assets while maintaining metadata standards. In this role, management and organizational skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for ensuring assets meet strict industry standards and curated properly for further adaptation and usage. You will utilize your expertise in Adobe tools and Adobe Experience Manager, to store and organize digital assets. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily asset management, managing metadata tagging and folder structures, and ensuring creative assets are visually and functionally aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering reports, managing dashboards, and overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate tracking and performance analysis. You will act as the primary contact for internal and external DAM users, troubleshoot functional issues, provide guidance, and support creative workflows. Additionally, you will handle reporting, archive expired assets, and perform regular audits to keep the asset library up to date and efficient.
