Job Description
As Digital Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of sales processes in our organization, with a particular focus on the development and implementation of digital sales channels of electricity and gas for the SME segment. Your main task will be to design, launch and further develop a dedicated online portal that will become an additional point of contact for small and medium-sized enterprises interested in purchasing electricity and gas through a fully digital process.
Working closely with the sales team, you will identify the needs of SME customers and translate them into specific functionalities that improve the user experience.

Responsibilities :
- Development of digital sales channels for the SME segment - design, implementation and development of an online portal for purchasing electricity and gas in a fully digital process.
- Creation and optimization of digital tools - building solutions to support online sales, integration with the existing technology environment, development of SEO functionality (keywords, page structure, backlinks).
- Execution of digital marketing strategies - planning, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in cooperation with the team.
- Campaign performance monitoring - analysis of CPC, CPA, ROI metrics and ongoing optimization of parameters to maximize results.
- Advertising budget management - control of spending and preparation of reports on the use of funds and effectiveness of activities.
- User path analysis - identification of friction points on the website and implementation of optimizations to increase conversion.
- KPI reporting and analysis - providing regular reports (traffic, conversions, cost of acquisition) along with optimization recommendations.
- Provide consistency of communication - coordinating activities across various digital marketing and sales channels to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Cross-departmental collaboration - work closely with sales, IT and communications teams to plan, implement and develop digital solutions.
Qualifications
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or B2B digital project management, preferably in the energy, insurance or telecommunications industry.Practical knowledge of CRM systems, analytical tools and sales automatization solutions.Ability to analyze sales data and optimize digital processes.Experience working with sales teams and translating their needs into digital functionality.Experience working in a multi-team environment involving coordination and alignment of scope with other business and IT stakeholders.Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.Education :
Higher education - preferred faculties : IT, marketing, management, economics, energy or related.Technical capabilities :
Advanced knowledge of MS OfficeKnowledge of CRM tools - experience working with CRM systems and sales process automation platforms.Basic knowledge of analytical tools - e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI in the context of sales and usage data analysis.Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira will be an added advantage.Skills :
