MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently manages orders
Manages relationships with clients and with the sales force
Generates and updates clients statements
Manages promotional agreements entered with clients
Reports any variances in sales strategy implementation.

REQUIREMENTS :

fluent English (C1)

2+ years of relevant experience in the areas of customer services support preferably within FMCG, retail

Accounting principles good knowledge

General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office

SAP familiarity will be considered as strong asset

Communication skills and readiness to work in cross international environment
