A company with over 10-year expertise in building PropTech software for real estate companies and 26 years of experience in CRM consulting is looking for an Information System Operations Team Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Information Systems Operations team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Oversee and track IT support requests from internal clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Plan and prioritize resources effectively to meet business needs and manage workloads
- Ensure adherence to established processes and protocols for handling support requests
- Collaborate with team members, internal clients, and management to identify and implement innovative solutions
- Communicate and consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service delivery
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization’s platforms
Requirements :
5 + years of experience including 1+ year as Team ManagerProven experience in a technical leadership or management role within an IT operations environmentStrong technical knowledge of networks, Azure DevOps, and various commercial platforms, including CRM, accounting packages, time management tools, and project management solutionsExceptional planning, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent communication in English and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersStrong consultative skills and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver resultsWould be a plus :
Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plusBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)What we offer :
