A company with over 10-year expertise in building PropTech software for real estate companies and 26 years of experience in CRM consulting is looking for an Information System Operations Team Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the Information Systems Operations team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
  • Oversee and track IT support requests from internal clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Plan and prioritize resources effectively to meet business needs and manage workloads
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and protocols for handling support requests
  • Collaborate with team members, internal clients, and management to identify and implement innovative solutions
  • Communicate and consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service delivery
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization’s platforms

Requirements :

  • 5 + years of experience including 1+ year as Team Manager
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role within an IT operations environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of networks, Azure DevOps, and various commercial platforms, including CRM, accounting packages, time management tools, and project management solutions
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong consultative skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver results
  • Would be a plus :

  • Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
