Job Description

About the Role :

As Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing environment, ensuring we meet production, quality, and cost objectives. You'll be a key member of our leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Leadership : Direct day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production and quality site improvement plans, set operational goals, and remove obstacles to success.Maintain strict EHS standards and promote a safety-first inventory, distribution, and equipment maintenance.Implement ISO 9000 procedures.
• Team Development & Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and ensure goal completion.Attract and retain top a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Strategic Initiatives : Analyze data for long-term strategic planning and significant projects and improvement initiatives, including budgeting and scheduling.Implement operational improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, and efficiency.Maintain maximum efficiency for facilities and equipment.
