Job description

Architect and maintain production-grade messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, ActiveMQ).

Design scalable event pipelines for millions of messages per day.

Tune performance, configure clustering, and ensure security and DR readiness.

Work closely with DevOps to automate everything : provisioning, deployment, CI / CD.

Enable teams across the company to build resilient, event-driven systems.

Be a hands-on leader in observability, schema design, governance, and best practices.

2+ years managing enterprise-grade messaging systems in production.
Deep expertise in Kafka, RabbitMQ (CloudAMQP), ActiveMQ, and Pulsar.
Strong grasp of queuing and streaming models (pub / sub, at-least-once, exactly-once, etc.).
Kubernetes fluency, especially for managing messaging clusters.
Experience with AWS and / or Azure.
Proficiency in scripting or coding (Python, Bash, etc.).
