What you will do

  • Ensure the team handle and process daily collections and cash application activities
  • Maintain accuracy of accounting records and controls
  • Manage liability efforts and associated functions, process accounts receivable transactions
  • Overseeing and management of credit calls across the company,
  • Work with relevant team to address main debtors and drive for resolution
  • Prepare financial statements and reporting, prepare monthly decks to provide updates to ELT team members
  • Prepare and adjust strategy in order to make sure KPI and goals are delivered
  • Identify automation and improvement opportunities; and work with Product & Tech and Change team to guide the implementation of improvements
  • Develop procedures and controls to manage financial risks according to company´s policies and regularly review the risk register to document any new risks associated with the department
  • Perform HR tasks to support team members, regular performance reviews and team member development and growth

Who you are

You have strong leadership skills with proven experience. You have analytical and problem-solving skills. You have excellent organization skills and are able to communicate effectively with team members, clients and other stakeholders.

  • Degree in accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years work experience as Credit Liability manager or in similar field
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with collections, invoicing, and / or accounts receivable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
  • Multi-lingual - English is required, other European languages are desirable
