The Role

As an Associate Partner based in Poland, you will :

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with European oil and gas companies , acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Drive business development activities , identifying and converting opportunities into transformative projects for clients across the European market.
• Build and develop high-performing consulting teams , fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovative culture.
• Design and implement market-leading propositions across key oil and gas domains such as trading , supply chain , mobility , manufacturing , and asset management .
• Lead senior-level client engagements , partnering with executives to deliver impactful consulting solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Shape client strategies to address operational challenges, enable energy transition goals, and enhance profitability in a competitive market.
• Deliver measurable value through innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
