The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Understand customer business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, technical designs, and implementations.
• Customize / Configure, test, and deploy IBM Maximo through all phases of the implementation life cycle
• Develop interfaces using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and its integrations.
• Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets customer requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations or enhancements within Maximo.
• Provide training sessions to users and create documentation on Maximo functionalities, best practices, and processes.
• Develop custom solutions, reports, or modules within Maximo to address specific client needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades or patches as needed.
