Opis stanowiska :
Dla międzynarodowej firmy farmaceutycznej poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Legal Manager.
Zakres obowiązków :
- Zapewnienie zgodności działań firmy z przepisami prawa farmaceutycznego i regulacjami branżowymi
- Przygotowywanie, opiniowanie i negocjowanie umów handlowych oraz kontraktów z partnerami biznesowymi
- Doradztwo prawne w zakresie prawa korporacyjnego, handlowego i regulacyjnego
- Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach prawnych i ich wpływu na działalność firmy
