Position Overview

This exciting opportunity combines both customer and supplier contract work, reviewing and drafting simple agreements such as non-disclosure agreements or customer orders and providing ongoing support to the legal department. The role encompasses ensuring compliance with internal processes and interacting with the commercial team to ensure that contracts are being completed on the agreed terms and that appropriate and complete documentation are submitted for approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of standard customer contracts and contract amendments;
• Preparation and review of non-disclosure agreements;
• Reviewing documentation associated with new sales to ensure completeness in advance of approval and the electronic filing of legal documents;
• Assisting with the distribution of items received into the legal inbox;
• Coordinating information gathering to respond to regulatory requests.
