We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the New Legal Entity project for the Europe region. The project involves establishing a new corporate legal entity, and the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the cross-functional project team to ensure successful execution.

YOU WILL

• Coordinate and manage a cross-functional project team (Finance, IT, Strategy, and other functions).
• Drive the project from the initial phase through to successful completion.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including timeline, risk (including mitigation planning), budget, and quality management.
• Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Plan and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Establish and maintain Ways of Working (WoW) and lead core team and SteerCo meetings.
• Track project progress, organize status meetings, and prepare regular project reports.
• Support change management activities, as needed.
