We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the New Legal Entity project for the Europe region. The project involves establishing a new corporate legal entity, and the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the cross-functional project team to ensure successful execution.
YOU WILL
- Coordinate and manage a cross-functional project team (Finance, IT, Strategy, and other functions).
- Drive the project from the initial phase through to successful completion.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including timeline, risk (including mitigation planning), budget, and quality management.
- Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Plan and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Establish and maintain Ways of Working (WoW) and lead core team and SteerCo meetings.
- Track project progress, organize status meetings, and prepare regular project reports.
- Support change management activities, as needed.
YOU NEED
Proven experience in establishing new legal entities.Minimum 8+ complex corporate environmentsProven, hands-on experience in setting up and delivering new legal entity projects or large-scale corporate transformationsProfessional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), or equivalent strongly preferredExpertise in program governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and resource planningStrong command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and reporting dashboardsStrong background in project management within cross-functional and complex environments.
Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management, including executive-level interactions.Expertise in managing project risks, timelines, budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery.Experience with UAT planning and monitoring.Ability to set up effective governance structures and drive project meetings and reporting.High seniority level : Project Manager or Program Manager profile.Experience in managing critical and sensitive projects is highly desirable.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Additional Information :
