In the Monomers Division, we develop and produce isocyanates and polyamides for applications in the automotive, construction and packaging industries. With production sites all over the world, we help our customers to meet their demand for sustainable and competitive materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role, you will manage sales of our isocyanate and polyol portfolio Poland and Eastern Europe and your main responsibilities will be following :
- Act as the main customer contact for all commercial and technical matters related to the product portfolio.
- Develop the business according to the strategy and operative guidelines provided by the CM Division.
- Provide sales forecasts and actively negotiate and close contracts with customers.
- Promote new products launched by the company within your responsibility and work towards improving the market share of BASF products
- Leverage CRM tools to collect and analyze valuable market intelligence, including insights into market trends, customers, and competitors
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree with focus on economies, chemistry or technical scienceKnowledge of PU technology and marketMinimum 2 years of relevant commercial experience in commodity salesHigh degree of willingness to travel within responsible sales regionBusiness fluent English and PolishDriving license - B categoryExcellent negotiation skills
