As the Regional Marketing Manager – Poland & East Europe, your main focus will be on driving lead generation and brand awareness within the East European market . To do this, you will work closely with a content marketer to produce marketing initiatives that are tailored to the local market trends and regulations. Your goal will be to reach specific targets for lead generation, lead nurturing, opportunities generation, sold units, awareness, and PR.

Here's a little taste of your challenge :

Generate leads and opportunities for Sales from different sources (digital marketing, events, regional activities, partners, referrals, etc.);

Responsibility for a strong contribution of leads and opportunities comes from marketing activities in final Sales results;

Take care of win rate from lead / opportunities status into the signed contract by the Sales department;

Collaborate with various internal stakeholders;

Building strong relationships with partners, including Bridgestone marketing and other types of partners, such as resellers, integration partners, and business partners;

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy.

Responsible for the marketing budget (building and performance).

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced marketeer who fits this profile :

5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (must have) and experience in (Telematics / SAAS / Automotive / EV / IT / Technology) Industry is an advantage.

You have a good overview of the marketing activities ( lead generation, inbound, outbound, advertising, brand awareness, digital....) and a good knowledge of sales processes and life cycles.

Experience in cooperation with external agencies (PR, media, events) and coordination of complex projects involving different stakeholders

Autonomy, self-discipline, multitasking, and ability to prioritize activities based on strategic goals

You are result-oriented and driven by KPIs and efficiency.

You are Fluent in English and Polish.
