a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics provider specialising in comprehensive warehouse and logistics solutions with a strong presence in the TSL sector, we are searching for a Sales Specialist (Wrocław and nearby).
In your new role as a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customised service proposals, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for transport and logistics services
- Acquire new customers and build strong, lasting relationships
- Prepare and present tailored service proposals and quotations
- Conduct profitability analysis and negotiate commercial terms
- Monitor market trends and forecast industry developments
- Analyse competitor and customer behaviour to identify opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Employer requirements
