Location : hybrid (3 days per week in Warsaw office and 2 days per week field / home based)

Salary : from 150,000 PLN per annum with a bonus potential of up to 15%

Benefits : company car, private healthcare

Reports to : Sales Manager Poland

Your role as Key Account Manager Poland

You’ll lead the strategic commercial plan for one of our key, strategic clients, and drive growth across the Polish Mass Channel. You’ll be the primary contact for key accounts, responsible for delivering profitability, sales targets and consumer engagement both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual account plans to drive growth and brand visibility
  • Negotiate trading terms and promotional investments with key mass retailers
  • Lead Own Label tenders and collaborate across operations, finance and supply chain
  • Analyse market data and trends to improve strategy and performance
  • Drive marketing activations, trade shows and new product launches
  • Forecast and manage budgets, stock and financial performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Europe to align strategies and execution

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in a business-related field
  • Proven experience in Polish Mass Key Account Management (Euro retailers, Empik & Smyk)
  • Fluent in both Polish and English
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing customer P&L
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Proven track record in delivering profitable growth and market share
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
