Opis Stanowiska

Key Account Manager w zespole farmaceutycznym OTC będzie odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie relacjami z kluczowymi klientami oraz za osiąganie celów sprzedażowych w obszarze produktów OTC. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie współpracować z zespołem sprzedaży oraz innymi działami, aby zapewnić skuteczne wdrażanie strategii rynkowej i maksymalizację wyników sprzedaży.

Kluczowe obowiązki.

  • Zarządzanie Kluczowymi Klientami : Nawiązywanie i utrzymywanie silnych relacji z kluczowymi klientami w sektorze OTC, w tym sieci aptek, hurtowni..
  • Realizacja Celów Sprzedażowych : Osiąganie ustalonych celów sprzedażowych oraz rozwijanie udziału w rynku poprzez efektywne zarządzanie kontami.
  • Strategiczne Planowanie : Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii dla kluczowych klientów, dostosowanych do ich potrzeb oraz możliwości rynkowych.
  • Analiza Rynku : Monitorowanie trendów rynkowych i działań konkurencji w celu identyfikacji możliwości rozwoju.
  • Współpraca z Zespołem : Praca w zespole z innymi działami (marketing, logistyka, badania i rozwój) w celu zapewnienia skutecznej realizacji strategii sprzedażowej.
  • Raportowanie : Przygotowywanie regularnych raportów dotyczących wyników sprzedaży, prognoz i działań podejmowanych w ramach zarządzania klientami.

Kwalifikacje

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży lub zarządzaniu kluczowymi klientami w branży farmaceutycznej szczególnie w obszarze OTC.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne oraz zdolność do budowania długotrwałych relacji z klientami.
  • Silne umiejętności analityczne i strategiczne myślenie.
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz koordynacji działań międzydziałowych.
  • Komunikacyjna znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
  • Znajomość narzędzi CRM oraz pakietu Microsoft Office.
