Responsibilities :
Ownership of full P&L structure, driving sales revenue target and ensuring healthy bottom-line profitability.Building winning relationships customer via co-creation Joint Business Plan and top-to-top stakeholders’ alignment.Build effective team, developing direct and in-direct reports, and facilitate cross-function support team collaboration.Monitor the performance of the current customers and find creative solutions to improve performance in the region.Continuous identify white space opportunity in both retail and non-retail segment.Working towards building best-in-class seeding project, developing sustainable business model with positive social impact.The Profile
You have at least 7 years experience within a B2C Sales role, ideally within the FMCG industry.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.The Employer
