The Job

Responsibilities :

  • Ownership of full P&L structure, driving sales revenue target and ensuring healthy bottom-line profitability.
  • Building winning relationships customer via co-creation Joint Business Plan and top-to-top stakeholders’ alignment.
  • Build effective team, developing direct and in-direct reports, and facilitate cross-function support team collaboration.
  • Monitor the performance of the current customers and find creative solutions to improve performance in the region.
  • Continuous identify white space opportunity in both retail and non-retail segment.
  • Working towards building best-in-class seeding project, developing sustainable business model with positive social impact.
  • The Profile

  • You have at least 7 years experience within a B2C Sales role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
