Role Overview :

As part of our talent bench, you will be pre-vetted and onboarded to our network, allowing us to engage you quickly when relevant projects become available. This is not a full-time position but an opportunity to be part of a trusted pool of professionals who can support multiple managed service projects over time.

Responsibilities :

• Provide voice and / or video recordings that are either scripted (read from scripts) or unscripted (conversations on provided topics).
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Follow project-specific guidelines, workflows, and quality standards.
• Be responsive to project invitations and availability requests.
