Payroll Specialist

Miejsce pracy : Gdańsk

Your responsibilities

handling and coordinating an end-to-end processing of monthly and yearly payroll processes for Polish employees
updating and maintaining payroll records (Joiners / Leavers / Changes) and payroll master data (system : Xpertis by Asseco)
processing payroll related allowances and deductions
performing month closing
cooperating with various authorities, institutions (ZUS, tax office, GUS) and service providers
creating internal reports
close cooperating with an HR Administration and Accounting areas and other business units

Our requirements

fluency in Polish and very good English (B2)

min. 3 years of experience in payroll

excellent knowledge of payroll legislations and processes

knowledge of Polish labour law

experience with Płatnik

ability to analyze large sets of payroll data, prepare reports, summaries and analyses for internal and audit purposes

creativity in automating and optimizing payroll processes, including the implementation of new tools and improvements in the payroll area
