your tasks
reporting to Interface Manager, identify, track, and manage interfaces between project stakeholders (e.g., engineering, fabrication, installation, marine operations, and third parties)develop and maintain the Interface Management Register and ensure timely resolution of interface issuescoordinate technical reviews and meetings between interfacing parties to clarify responsibilities, data exchange, and handover pointsensure interface deliverables are aligned with the project schedule, scope, and quality standardssupport the integration of design packages, construction sequences, and logistics planningliaise with contractors, clients, and Polish regulatory bodies to align interface requirements and documentationassist with change management, risk assessments, and lessons learned related to interface issuescontribute to interface-related reporting for project management and clientswhat we expect
bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or related)5+ years of experience in offshore or large-scale infrastructure projects; interface coordination experience preferredstrong understanding of engineering workflows and offshore construction processesfamiliar with project management systems, interface registers, and multidisciplinary coordination toolsexcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsability to work under pressure in a multi-stakeholder, schedule-driven environmentEmployment agency entry number 47
