ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Payroll Analyst , you will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focus on Polish market .

This is 1-year fixed-term contract.

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

• Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s  external partners  by  collecting ,  checking ,  reconciling , and  processing payroll input data .
• Ensure the  accuracy of payroll data .
• Provide the  external vendors  with  input and instructions .
• Provide  payroll output data  to  Finance  in a  timely manner .
• Prepare  reports  for  HR and Finance .
• Resolve  employee queries  or coordinate  solutions  with the  payroll vendor .
• Collaborate closely with  various departments  across the company.
• Participate in  payroll-related projects .
