We are looking for

Business Analyst – Financial Markets & Group Treasury

to join our

Financial Accounting Tribe

in Warsaw. In this position, you will serve as a key intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are accurately captured, translated, and implemented. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end initiatives, managing dependencies across squads and programs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial accounting processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable Finance user requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for front-to-end initiatives within the squad.
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across squads, tribes, and programs.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, including translating epics into features and user stories.
• Analyze data flows, assess user needs, and recommend process optimizations.
• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and product owners to integrate new portfolios and enhance reporting and processing capabilities.
• Develop subject matter expertise in financial accounting, IT solutions, and banking products, with opportunities to specialize further or pursue managerial responsibilities.
