ServiceNow Business Analyst - GRC - Europe - Remote

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead compliance transformation across the Platforms & Applications domain for our client, a global leader in the engineering / energy sector. You'll define and mature Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), drive control rationalisation, and optimise ServiceNow as the central compliance platform.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Lead ALM governance across the enterprise, embedding structured processes and compliance maturity.
• Rationalise and automate controls using ServiceNow, CMDB, and IRM logic.
• Drive hierarchical compliance modelling and control inheritance.
• Facilitate the Application Governance & Compliance Committee (AGCC), aligning cross-functional governance efforts.
• Translate governance policies into technical workflows and auditable processes.
• Proven experience in IT compliance, governance, or risk environments.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge (CMDB, GRC, application hierarchy).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
