Lead Business Analyst

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• Facilitate communication between business and technical groups to ensure shared understanding and expectation management
• Support user acceptance testing by validating platform functionalities against business requirements
• Recommend ongoing improvements to keep the platform adaptive to changing market conditions and business demands
• Manage stakeholder engagement to maintain alignment throughout project phases
• Balance delivery speed with accuracy to meet project timelines and quality standards
