Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship

Setting the goals for the team and managing the performance

Evaluation of Team and Developing the Strength of the Team

Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members meet deadlines

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment

Design and implement analytical models and methodologies to solve complex business problems

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other departments

Provide actionable insights that support key business decisions, such as resource allocation, risk management, and operational improvements

Develop data-driven strategies and initiatives to improve business performance and drive growth

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics, technology, and industry best practices

Contribute to the development of long-term data strategies and help implement new tools or technologies

requirements-expected :

Be able to come to our office in Warsaw (2 times per week in the office, usually on Wednesday and Thursday)

At least 5 years of experience in business analysis

At least 3 years of experience in leading the team of mid / junior managers or managing projects

Strong leadership skills - Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally with different departments

Strong orientation on goals and problem-solving skills

Ability to tackle complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions

Practical knowledge of Agile methodology

Good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level at minimum)

Very good organizational skills

Pro-active approach

Presentation skills

A mindset to overcome an obstacle

Ability to travel
