Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Oversee and prioritize the team's workload, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the iGaming industry.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, marketing, and development teams.
- Gather and define business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Drive initiatives to improve product performance, user engagement, and monetization strategies.
- Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and ad hoc analysis.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
Qualifications
