Job description

We're looking for an IT Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring seamless technical operations within Customer Planning and Trade Promotion Planning for a Multichannel TPM Solution. They will proactively partner with IT&D, Business, Sales, Finance, and Supply stakeholders across the organization to implement and optimize TPM solutions. As a key liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors, the IT Senior Analyst ensures synergy, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to IT and DevOps (IT&D) governance and operating model, supporting both the deployment and continuous improvement of TPM tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or similar qualification with IT / Business, Sales / Planning, and / or commercial IT, FMCG experience. Experience in Trade Promotion Management is a great plus.

A minimum of 5 years of p roven experience in IT systems support, deployment, and business analysis within Trade Promotion Management or related business applications.

Candidate must have a high level of commercial acumen, be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of commercial business processes and their interdependencies, and articulate how technology is used as a strategic enabler to run and transform a commercial operation

Strong knowledge of data analytics, ERP systems, integration, and analytics technologies.

Expertise in stakeholder collaboration, KPI measurement, and business case development.

Ability to navigate matrix organizations and work collaboratively across IT functions (including IMEX, Product Teams, and Operations).

Experience with service reporting tools, scrum, agile (Azure DevOps.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Experience with reporting tools and data analytics.

A customer-facing, service-oriented approach to enable a successful partnership and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis :

  • Translate business processes and requirements into  technical requirements and solutions , ensuring TPM systems meet business needs across global markets.
  • Serve as a strategic IT&D partner, facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless TPM system development, adoption, and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Understand evolving business needs and leverage data to improve processes, create new efficiencies, and drive organizational change.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of TPM systems , ensuring they evolve with technological advancements.
  • Flag risks or blockers in advance and voice concerns, but offer solutions.

Ensure compliance with IT security, data governance, and architecture standards for TPM solutions.

  • Focus on delivering measurable impact through TPM capabilities that enhance process efficiency and commercial impact.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve user proficiency with TPM tools.

  • Track system adoption trends and usage patterns to drive TPM enhancements and scalability.
  • Define KPI baselines, set targets, and develop business cases to ensure measurable impact and successful implementation.
  • Support the long-term evolution of TPM technologies, including AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
  • TPM System Deployment & Support :

  • Configure, test, and deploy new TPM tool features and integrations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout activities to streamline implementation.
  • Proactively identify system improvements, collaborating with IT teams to enhance functionality and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity and governance policies, addressing risks related to TPM system performance.
  • Track and analyze support requests to optimize resolution times and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of technology advancements, integrating AI and predictive analytics to improve user experience and value measurement.
