Job Summary
Working as a Person holding this position will be responsible for :
- Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship
- Setting the goals for the team and managing the performance
- Evaluation of Team and Developing the Strength of the Team
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members meet deadlines
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
- Design and implement analytical models and methodologies to solve complex business problems
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other departments
- Provide actionable insights that support key business decisions, such as resource allocation, risk management, and operational improvements
- Develop data-driven strategies and initiatives to improve business performance and drive growth
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics, technology, and industry best practices
- Contribute to the development of long-term data strategies and help implement new tools or technologies
Requirements
We expect you to have :
At least 5 years of experience in business analysisAt least 3 years of experience in leading a team of mid / junior managers or managing projectsStrong leadership skills - Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally with different departmentsStrong orientation on goals and problem-solving skillsAbility to tackle complex problems with creative, data-driven solutionsPractical knowledge of Agile methodologyGood verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level at minimum)Excellent organizational skillsPro-active approachGoal orientedPresentation skillsA mindset to overcome an obstacleAbility to travel around EuropeIt would be nice if you have the below skills :
