Global Process Owner OTC

Scope of duties :

Global Process Owner – Order to Cash will be responsible for establishing and driving global strategy for the Order to Cash process. Defining and implementing global OTC process, ensuring standardization and simplification of processes. This initiative aims to enable Flint Group to realize efficiencies while ensuring accuracy and control. In this capacity, as a GPO you will work with delivery team to embed process enhancements while driving the transformational agenda globally to achieve strategic goals.

• Strategic Leadership & Process Ownership Assume global ownership for defining strategy, designing standardized processes, and spearheading the implementation of digital, re-engineering, and innovation initiatives across Order to Cash workflows (including Customer Service, Credit Management, Collection and Cash Application)
• Process Governance & Standardization Develop and enforce globally standardized policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring alignment with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements across regions
• Transformation & Innovation Identify, strategize, and implement transformation projects to optimize performance, enhance automation, and introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Delivery Model Optimization Make strategic decisions on delivery models and service structures in collaboration with leadership teams, ensuring scalable and sustainable process execution
• Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Define, establish, and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), leveraging automation and process mining tools to drive insights and ongoing improvements
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management Partner with Commercial Sales and Services Leaders, Treasury, business process owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead change management initiatives by effectively communicating impacts, fostering stakeholder buy-in, and supporting the adoption of new processes
• Leadership in Change & Transformation Spearhead change initiatives by addressing stakeholder concerns, ensuring smooth transitions, and driving sustainable adoption of new technologies and practices
• Coaching, Mentoring & Team Development Act as a coach, mentor, and teacher for teams across regions, fostering skill development in project management, process improvement, and operational excellence. Empower teams to enhance their expertise, navigate complex transformation initiatives, and build confidence in delivering impactful results
