As a Process and Customer Quality Engineer , you will play a critical role in improving quality performance within the production process. Working closely with production teams, you will monitor quality indicators, conduct audits, and ensure the effective management of customer claims and complaints. You will identify weak points in production processes, initiate improvements, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.

This role combines administrative responsibilities (over hours daily) with physical tasks (up to hours daily) across office and production areas.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

  • Analyzing quality data for improvement and prioritizing corrective actions.
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring effective resolution.
  • Working together on quality issues and part replacement with various departments.
  • Prepare D reports and handle RMA processes.
  • Coordinate important metrics related to quality and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Supporting product quality customer concerns and problem-solving.
  • Conducting quality audits for compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining quality documentation.
  • Participate in process qualification and acceptance criteria management.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.

For This Role, You Will Need :

  • A higher technical education (preferred).
  • At least year of experience in a Quality and / or Engineering Department in a manufacturing environment.
  • Practical knowledge of quality tools and methodologies : D, PDCA, FMEA, Why, Ishikawa.
  • Familiarity with ISO , ISO , ISO , and VDA standards (optional).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B level).
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :

  • Advanced Degree or equivalent experience : A master's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional Certifications : Certifications like CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable.
  • Extensive Experience : At least years of experience in a Quality or Engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Standards Knowledge : Familiarity with ISO , ISO , ISO , and VDA standards is a plus.
  • Bilingual Skills : Proficiency in an additional language besides English is preferred.
