We are looking for a hands‑on project manager who :

  • Can understand and discuss subjects “at the technical level”
  • Has demonstrable strong understanding of IT operations and generic IT systems and concepts
  • Has demonstrable experience of working within Cyber Security
  • Can manage / oversee multiple projects at the same time
  • Is happy to get involved with delivery as well as management
  • Has experience with Agile and its concepts and can use tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Job Summary :

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects which will involve multiple teams to achieve success. This will involve :

  • Chairing regular meetings to ensure progress and / or raise risks / issues
  • Providing monthly reports advising of achievements, plans for next period, risks, issues, dependencies
  • Engaging with different team depending on their methodology of work (Agile etc.)
  • Negotiating target dates for tasks and assessing the impact to the projects and escalating as required.

    • Soft Skill Required :

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and ever-changing priorities and having extremely flexible to manage workload
  • Able to support aggressive delivery timelines without compromising on quality
  • Quick learner / problem solver
  • Experience and gravitas to raise and report concerns when required
  • Work with different stakeholders (IT Service Owners (ITSO’s) or delegates, platform and product support teams)
  • Resolve all technical queries in timely manner
  • 10+ Years experience in IT Industry :
