Job descriptionChairing regular meetings to ensure progress and / or raise risks / issues Providing monthly reports advising of achievements, plans for next period, risks, issues, dependencies Engaging with different team depending on their methodology of work (Agile etc.) Negotiating target dates for tasks and assessing the impact to the projects and escalating as required. Ability to work in fast paced environment and ever-changing priorities and having extremely flexible to manage workload Able to support aggressive delivery timelines without compromising on quality Quick learner / problem solver Experience and gravitas to raise and report concerns when required Work with different stakeholders (IT Service Owners (ITSO’s) or delegates, platform and product support teams) Resolve all technical queries in timely manner 10+ Years experience in IT Industry : A full‑time contract (B2B also possible) Well‑defined career path at the European leader in engineering & IT consulting Participation in company conferences, trainings, workshops, integration meetings, etc. Certification and training opportunities Opportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branches After completion of the project, opportunity to engage in a subsequent one within the company. We are looking for a hands‑on project manager who :
- Can understand and discuss subjects “at the technical level”
- Has demonstrable strong understanding of IT operations and generic IT systems and concepts
- Has demonstrable experience of working within Cyber Security
- Can manage / oversee multiple projects at the same time
- Is happy to get involved with delivery as well as management
- Has experience with Agile and its concepts and can use tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Job Summary :
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects which will involve multiple teams to achieve success. This will involve :
