Opis pracyManaging the day‑to‑day operation of the Orchestrade SaaS solution and DXC Luxoft developed Azure interfaces Management reporting and governance with the client Providing energy‑trading SME knowledge and mentoring the broader support team Participating in application support and resolving customer issues Hands‑on development and remediation of interface issues Managing escalations to L3 support from Microsoft or Orchestrade where underlying technology products are the source of outages Collaborating with the client on continuous improvement Cloud expertise in Azure DataLake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Kafka Previous experience leading a support team Experience successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications Working experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release and incident management Experience dealing with customer senior management Commodities / energy trading experience Understanding of agile software development practices Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools

The project is a trading and position platform implementation for commodity products. This is a brilliant opportunity to work on several types of commodity products and learn a new trading platform.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DataLake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Kafka to support the Azure native interfaces around the client’s new Orchestrade deployment, which DXC Luxoft are running as SaaS. You will work closely with data engineers, architects, and business teams to support and continuously improve and optimise data pipelines, real‑time data streaming, and cloud‑based analytics solutions.
