We are seeking a ServiceMax Technical Architect / Program Lead to drive a strategic modernization initiative.

The role centers on upgrading a highly customized ServiceMax 24.2 environment while preserving essential legacy functionality. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10+ years of cross-industry ServiceMax experience , with a deep understanding of early adopter customization patterns.

This transformation will enable our client to :

  • Adopt advanced platform capabilities, including AI-powered field service tools , enhanced mobile experiences, and robust SAP ERP integration for complex scenarios.
  • Strengthen regulatory compliance, improve performance analytics, and scale service workflows across a global technician network.

  • 8-10+ years working with ServiceMax for varying industries across all core functions of the Service Processes
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing core ServiceMax functionality for Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Entitlements and SLAs, Service Maintenance Contracts, Parts Orders and Inventory, Installed Products, etc.
  • Experience in design and setup for ServiceBoard (Engineer Dispatch and Scheduling)
  • Experience in design and setup for DataGuide (Field Engineer Automated Checklists)
  • ServiceMax Go! Mobile experience
  • Learning new ServiceMax AI capabilities
  • Familiar with Salesforce ServiceCloud and Knowledge
  • Service related analytics
  • Good communication written and oral with business functional leads, managers, and IT leads
  • Project management skills
