Sales Manager
who will drive sales execution and contribute to company growth
You'll own the sales process - from prospecting to deal closing - while opening new markets, building a foundation for consistent revenue, and developing long-term partnerships

What You'll Do :
Strategic Sales Leadership :
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closureBuild and nurture high-value client relationshipsDevelop territory strategies and identify new market opportunitiesLead product demonstrations and solution consultationsRevenue Generation :
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targetsManage complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles months)Create compelling proposals and negotiate enterprise contractsRepresent Nozomi at industry conferences and networking eventsPartnership Development :
Establish long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare organizationsConduct client workshops and consultative sessionsCollaborate with product and engineering teams on custom solutionsReporting & performance : collecting and monitoring sales metrics.
What You Bring :
4+ years of experience inB2B IT / SaaS product sales
Experience closing deals worth $200K+Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.Experience working with long sales cycles and achieving / exceeding targets.Strong negotiation skills with C-level stakeholdersProficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).Understanding of the digital market.Strong skills in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and contracts.English — C1Nice to have :
