Senior Service Manager (m / f / d)

Your tasks :

As a solution manager, you will advise our customers on the Pan Dacom "Managed Service" portfolio, consisting of service, service and "as a Service" modules up to the takeover of network operation by Pan Dacom
You are responsible for the planning, calculation and preparation of offers for managed service projects
Presenting the prepared offers to the customer is just as much a part of your tasks as supporting our project sales team
You plan and conduct workshops and regular service meetings to continuously optimize customer service
You ensure reinsurance with our subcontractors and manufacturers
In close cooperation with the sales and service team, you will support the processing of tenders

Your profile :

You have successfully completed a university degree (electrical engineering, computer science, engineering) or comparable training

You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting and planning managed service and IT Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) projects

Experience with ITIL-based services

You enjoy familiarizing yourself with related topics and have a high level of communication skills and a professional appearance

Your structured and methodical way of working is underpinned by at least 5 years of professional experience in this field

Your profile is rounded off by your affinity for sales
