Opis pracyExperience : Background in asset management or institutional investment consulting. Knowledge of global equity and fixed income markets, as well as portfolio analytics. Experience with consultant databases (e.g., eVestment, GIMD) and marketing data operations. Familiarity with RFPs, DDQs, and marketing materials. Skills : Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. Progress towards CFA certification is a plus. Responsibilities :
- Database Management :
- Maintain and update product data in consultant databases, including AUM, performance metrics, and personnel details.
- Coordinate new product entries and conduct annual database audits.
- Build and manage relationships with database and service providers.
- Data Quality Improvement :
- Ensure the accurate and timely entry of information.
- Address and resolve discrepancies, escalating recurring issues as needed.
- Systematically report and improve data quality through defined channels.
- Collaboration and Training :
- Coordinate training on platforms like eVestment for internal teams.
- Address ad hoc data queries from both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide feedback on platform search activity and outcomes.
