The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Job Responsibilities :

Obowiązki :

Nadzór nad procesem produkcyjnym.

Organizacja pracy podległych pracowników.

Kontrola jakości produkowanych wyrobów.

Dbanie o bezpieczeństwo i higienę pracy (BHP).

Współpraca z kierownictwem i innymi działami firmy.

Nadzór nad dokumentacją.

Zapewnienie terminowej realizacji zleceń.

Monitorowanie i raportowanie czasu pracy podległych pracowników.

Szkolenie i motywowanie podległego zespołu.

Wymagania :

Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem.

Znajomość procesów produkcyjnych.

Umiejętność organizowania pracy zespołu.

Dobra organizacja pracy.

Znajomość obsługi komputera, w tym pakietu MS Office.

Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym.

Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów.

Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole.
