about-project :

  • You likely have a relevant education and at least 2-3 years of experience with AX 2012, either as a consultant or as a super user in areas such as production or logistics. Solid knowledge of the sales / marketing and purchasing / logistics modules is required. Having knowledge or interest in the finance / economics module would be advantageous. Experience in handling and analyzing large amounts of data, including databases, is also an advantage.

responsibilities :

  • Provide ERP support, including the preparation and maintenance of guides for use across different sites and countries.
  • Participate in business process optimization and customizations.
  • Test and deploy functionality based on or related to ERP.
  • Enhance user satisfaction and performance in both current and future processes.
  • Perform related tasks for the operation and support of ERP and processes, including analyses and follow-up using tools like Power BI.
  • Periodically, more travel is expected, primarily in Europe.

  • Understand business processes end-to-end, allowing you to see issues in their entirety and challenge them constructively.
  • Be able to explain connections and teach concrete application.
  • Participate in the change process, from testing to teaching and support to anchoring in the organization.
  • Understand and analyze large amounts of data, as well as make bulk corrections and uploads.
  • Be self-motivated, curious, and proactive, while collaborating closely with users and maintaining an overview of the processes.
