The role will be responsible for building campaign communication plan to enable personalized customer experiences that support strategic marketing objectives through orchestrating customer journeys across distribution channels in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and / or other marketing automation systems. This person will set, test, and execute local CRM campaigns to attract, nurture, engage and retain Oriflame Brand Partners & Members to drive sales growth and to build brand loyalty. CRM specialist will also be responsible for implementing new or improving existing global automated CRM journeys in collaboration with global CRM manager.
