Application Manager

You will be joining the global function, IT & Digital Enablement (IT&DE), with reference to the Director of Business Applications. You will be part of a team of skilled Solution Architects and Application Managers who are focused on ensuring that applications support business processes while maintaining high standards of performance, availability, and compliance across all applications.

About The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of two key applications, covering PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management).

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Being IT Application Owner for specified applications and setting the technical requirements to best support the business.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the business on queries and issues related to the applications.
• Providing input to the application roadmap, including rationalizations, optimization opportunities, and new security or architectural requirements.
• Providing cost input for technical planning, building and running activities, and managing the assigned technical part of the budget.
• Serving as the primary contact for relevant vendors, ensuring they deliver in accordance with agreements and SLAs.
• Overseeing implementation, service introduction, regular maintenance, upgrades, and support of the application.
• Monitoring application compliance with information security standards and keep business owners informed of any deviations and risks.
• On smaller projects translating business needs into specific requirements for applications and managing timelines and resources.

You will be based at our offices in either Hørsholm (Denmark) or Warsaw (Poland) enjoying the benefits of flexible working when it makes sense for you and the business. You can expect limited travel.

About You

We are looking for you who are highly skilled in the technical aspects of PIM and DAM platforms, preferably with practical experience in STIBO Systems (STEP) for PIM and sitecore DAM or equivalent enterprise DAM solutions.
